Membership Information
How to Join:
Joining Fee: All family and adult members pay an initial one-time joining fee. Memberships that have expired or cancelled for more than 30 days are subject to the current joining fee to renew membership privileges.
Annual memberships available/Membership fees are non-refundable.
"Easy Pay" Monthly Membership Plan: Monthly bank draft membership is designed to give members a more convenient way of paying for membership. the first month's payment is paid at the time of joining. With authorization, monthly membership dues are then deducted automatically from a bank checking or credit card account. If needed, cancellations must be in writing and received at least 15 days prior to the next draft date (phone, email or fax requests are not accepted).

Code of Conduct
All participants must recognize the Rancho Family YMCA is dedicated to the benefit and welfare of all participants by using our core values of Caring, Respect, Responsibility, and Honesty. In order to maintain a consistent, cooperative environment, we ask that all participants at the YMCA:
- Do not use or possess alcohol or illegal chemicals on YMCA property, in YMCA vehicles, or at YMCA sponsored activities.
- Do not smoke on YMCA property.
- Do not carry or conceal a weapon or any device or object that may be used as a weapon.
- No pets are allowed on YMCA property unless they are "working dogs" to assist members while accessing facilities.
- Refrain from physical contact with another person in an angry, aggressive or threatening way.
- Do not harass or intimidate using words, gestures, body language, or any other type of menacing behaviors.
- Refrain from verbally abusive or offensive behavior, including angry or vulgar language, swearing, name-calling, or shouting.
- Do not have sexually explicit conversations or any sexual contact with another person.
- Refrain from wearing inappropriate, immodest or sexually revealing attire.
- Refrain from theft or any activity which results in destruction or loss of property.
- Do not loiter on the grounds of the YMCA.
- Do not use cell phone photography or unauthorized photography of members or participants.
Failure to observe this code may result in suspension or termination of privileges.
Membership Policies and Procedures
Identification
All members and participants must use a current YMCA photo I.D. card at all times to access the facility or check in at the membership services desk.Membership Abeyance
The "holding" of a membership for vacation, short-term illness, or business is NOT permitted.Lost and Found
Please lock your belongings in YMCA locker rooms. The Membership Services Desk sells and loans locks. The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles on our premises or during off site YMCA programs.Facility and Age Guidelines
Please ask for Member Guidelines at the Member Service Desk for age and facility use policies. Adults or guardians must escort children under 8 years of age to their program with proper facility access I.D. Children under 8 years of age must have a parent or guardian present to utilize the pools. Children 5 years and younger must have a parent or guardian directly supervising them at all times. Children over 6 years must utilize appropriate gender locker rooms or wet bathrooms on the pool deck.*All members and participants are responsible for adhering to YMCA policies and procedures.
