membership policies & procedures
Identification All members and participants must use a current YMCA photo ID card at all times to access the facility or check in at the Member Services Desk.
Membership HoldsA membership hold is available at no cost for medical situations or military deployments. If you need to make your membership dormant for any reason (extended vacation, work, etc.), there is a $10 charge per month. Holds and dormant memberships have a three-month limit per calendar year. Memberships automatically reinstate after three months.
Membership Cancellations Monthly bank draft membership is designed to give members a
convenient way of paying for membership. A full month's dues and/or a pro-rated month's dues are paid when you start your membership. With authorization, monthly membership dues
are then deducted automatically from a bank, checking or debit/credit card
account. In order to cancel your membership, the Y requires a minimum of 10 day notice before your draft date. You can notify the Y of your cancellation by stopping by the front desk counter and filling out a cancel form. For your convenience, you may also email, call or fax the Y to cancel your membership.
Lost and Found Please lock your belongings in the locker
rooms. The Member Services Desk sells and loans locks. The Y is not responsible
for lost or stolen articles on our premises or during off-site Y programs.
